How can I take care of my jewelry?
We use different materials across our collections, so care instructions depend on the piece you own:
For Gold-Plated, Silver-Plated, Rhodium-Plated, and Stainless Steel Jewelry:
• Store your jewelry in the provided dust bag or another anti-tarnish pouch, away from moisture.
• If you live in a humid area, placing a small packet of desiccant crystals in your storage can help.
• Keep away from rubber products.
• Remove before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions, perfumes, or other chemicals. This prevents fading and keeps the plating intact.
For Solid Sterling Silver (925) Jewelry:
• Sterling silver is strong and resistant — it doesn’t lose its color, even when worn in water.
• No special protection is needed, but storing in a soft pouch helps avoid scratches.
• If natural tarnish appears over time, it can easily be removed with a silver polishing cloth.
For Moissanite & Zirconia Stones:
• Both stones are highly durable and keep their brilliance with minimal care.
• To maintain sparkle, clean them occasionally with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could dull the shine over time.
• Store separately from other jewelry to prevent scratches.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
It depends on the material of your piece:
• Solid Sterling Silver (925): Yes — sterling silver is highly durable and resistant to water. You can wear it while swimming or showering without worrying about fading or losing color.
• Gold-Plated, Silver-Plated, Rhodium-Plated, and Stainless Steel Jewelry: We use premium-quality PVD plating to ensure long-lasting shine. However, plated and steel pieces are more sensitive to water. Swimming, especially in saltwater or hot water, can shorten their lifespan. Chlorine in pools can permanently damage gold-plated jewelry, so we strongly recommend removing them before swimming or showering.

I received the wrong item — what should I do?
We sincerely apologize if your order wasn’t fulfilled correctly. Although our team takes great care in preparing every package, mistakes can occasionally occur.
If you’ve received the wrong item, please reach out to us right away and include the following details so we can resolve the issue quickly:
• Your order number
• The name of the item you were supposed to receive
• The name of the item you received instead
• A clear photo of the item you received
Once we have this information, our support team will take care of the issue as fast as possible.
Please note: Any claims for incorrect or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once your order has been confirmed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. This includes:
• Switching to a different product or size
• Updating your delivery or billing address
• Adding extra items to the order
• Changing the shipping option
Please make sure your details are entered correctly at checkout. If the wrong address is provided, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for lost packages and are not able to issue a refund or replacement.
How does the lifetime guarantee work?
All of our jewelry is covered by a lifetime guarantee. This allows you to request a one-time replacement if your item has a manufacturing defect — such as a faulty clasp, bail, or stone issue.
Please note:
• The guarantee does not cover intentional damage, water-related issues, or fading from everyday wear.
• Replacements are always like-for-like; we cannot exchange your piece for a different item or one of another value.

How do I return my item?
If you would like to return your purchase, please email us at team@drippy.berlin. Be sure to write the reason for your return on the packing slip.
• Returns must be sent back in the original packaging; otherwise, they may be rejected.
• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returns sent after this period will not be processed and will be sent back to you.
• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless we mistakenly sent the wrong item. In that case, please send us a photo of your postage receipt and we will refund the shipping fee.
• We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for returns. If a parcel is lost in transit without tracking, we cannot guarantee a refund.
• Please note: we do not offer exchanges.
